About

REST is a balanced and simple approach to meditation. When our mind and body can access this inner state of ease, our potential for awareness and insight awakens. Rest is also a healing practice for releasing stress and shifting reactive habits and blocks, connecting us to an experience of clarity and personal purpose. This will be a nourishing day, open to all levels with a focus on learning the REST approach.
