Living - Mindfulness COurse
This mindfulness course will awaken and connect you to living, creatively and wholeheartedly. It is a transformative 6 week course that combines yoga, meditation and coaching. It will equip you with a self practice and renewed sense of seeing.

Emotional Resilience. Understand your feels.

Week 3 - FOCUS
Engage your brain. Sharpen your senses and discernment.

week 4 - CREATIVITY
Expression and Adaptability.
"Am I open to change?"
week 5 - RELATIONSHIPS
Be yourself. Compassion for self and others.
