ENGAGE YOGA & MINDFULNESS

The Engage Program is a 10 session package of Yoga and Mindfulness designed to boost fitness in body and mind.

  • Create a consistent culture of wellness in the workplace with weekly sessions.

  •  Pick what you need. We tailor these sessions to your organisation and offer either yoga, mindfulness or a combo of the two in a class. 

  • Our highly skilled teachers provide variations for complete beginners to open level practitioners.

YOGA

Yoga is a profound practice to unwind tension, enhance breathing and improve postural alignment. 

  • These sessions are best done for 45 - 60 minutes in the early morning, lunchtime or post work.
  • We understand the nature of office work, the long hours sitting, achey backs and wrists. Our yoga is crafted with reversing these effects to bring you back into balance.
  • Our yoga teachers highly experienced and qualified. They teach beginners to open level practitioners with an emphasis on alignment, core and relaxation.

Our styles include: 

VINYSA - This style is flowing movement with breath, designed to strengthen, detox and energise.

YIN - This is a slow and deeply relaxing style of practice. Postures are held for a while to enhance flexibility and clarity. 

MIX N MATCH - We can make it mellow and recharging, mixing movement with stillness.

 

MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is a practice that enhance self awareness, presence and has been demonstrated to foster concentration, decision making and memory. 

  • These sessions are facilitated with mindfulness techniques, breathing and guided visualisation. 
  • We recommend at least a 30 - 60 minute session, once a week or one a month.
  • We are happy to arrange an appropriate time to refresh your mind. We suggest morning, lunchtime or afternoon.
